Fees
once deposited shall not be refunded. Any delay
in payment offees without prior official permission
would result in levying of fine. All deposits/payments
of fees shall be made by cheque or cash in favour
of Sai School ofInterior Design. |

The prescribed
Security Deposit deposited at the time of admission
is refundable to students on completion of course.
'No Dues Certificate' trom concerned departments/Library/Computers
should be obtained. No refund would be entertained
after six months trom the date of completion
of the course.Production of ' No Dues Certificate'
is also essential for award of Diploma Certificates. |

Identity Cards
will be issued on registration to students to
be used for entry to the Institute which has
to be presented on demand and carried by the
student on his/her person all the times. |

Replacement
of Card will be made on written request and
on payment ofRs. 100/-. The Identity Card must
be surrendered on completion of the course along
with 'No Dues Certificate'. |

Students are
expected to maintain a high order of discipline
in and out of the Institute. |

Attendance
with punctuality is compulsory for students
of all regular programmes unless and until valid
reasons are given to support absence. |

While studying
at the Institute, students will have to operate
machines and tools carefully and observe all
safety regulations and see that no damage is
caused to self or to the Institute's property,machinery
and equipment. In case it is found that they
have caused any damage to the Institute's property
they shall be required to reimburse or make
good the damage caused. Any decision regarding
the extent of their liability on such account
shall be the decision of the nstitute. |

does not take any responsibility for any injury
or damage caused to the student by his/her own
actions. |

Mobile Phones
and eatables are not allowed inside the ssm
Study Areas. |

The qualitative
performance evaluation ofthe students work,
therefore, is based on demonstrating aa-round
capabilities and application across all criteria
laid down for specific subject evaluation and
overall performance. |

The grading
system at ssm is based on performance. To be
promoted to the next Semester, the qualitying
marks are 50% or more in each subject. |

Students are
required to clear all subjects in which they
are re-appearing before the end of the penultimate
semester failing which they shall not quality
to sit for placement interview conducted by
ssm. |
